These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Leason International Limited ("the Company"), its drivers ("Drivers"), and passengers ("Passengers") in the United Kingdom ("UK"). By using the services provided by the Company, Drivers and Passengers agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Company's services.
Driver Responsibilities and Eligibility:
1.1. Drivers must possess a valid UK driver's license, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain a clean driving record.
1.2. Drivers shall provide accurate and up-to-date information to the Company, including valid insurance coverage and vehicle registration documents.
1.3. Drivers are responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and roadworthiness of their vehicles at all times.
Passenger Responsibilities and Eligibility:
2.1. Passengers must provide accurate and truthful information to the Company, including their contact details and intended destinations.
2.2. Passengers shall treat the Driver and the vehicle with respect and comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the journey.
Booking and Payments:
3.1. Passengers can book a ride through the Company's designated mobile application, website, or other approved booking methods.
3.2. The fare for the journey will be determined by the Company based on the distance traveled and any additional charges applicable.
3.3. Passengers shall make the payment for the ride through the approved payment methods provided by the Company.
3.4. Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be made in accordance with the Company's policies, which may include cancellation fees.
Safety and Security:
4.1. The Company prioritizes the safety and security of both Drivers and Passengers. Drivers must comply with all safety regulations and drive responsibly at all times.
4.2. Passengers should respect the Driver's instructions and follow any safety guidelines provided by the Company.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety or security risk.
Liability and Insurance:
5.1. The Company will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the Drivers and Passengers during the provision of its services.
5.2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the journey, except where the Company's negligence is proven.
Termination:
6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the relationship with a Driver or Passenger at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or local regulations.
6.2. Drivers and Passengers may also terminate their association with the Company by providing written notice and complying with any applicable termination procedures.
Modifications to the Terms:
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available on the Company's website or through other appropriate channels.
7.2. Continued use of the Company's services after any modifications to the Terms shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By using the services of Leason International Limited, both Drivers and Passengers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
